An opportunity has arisen for a mortgage/insurance administrator to join a small but friendly team in a local financial organisation due to expansion.
The financial administrator will be responsible for providing a friendly, efficient and professional mortgage, protection and insurance administration service from receipt to completion. Ensuring that all legislation and requirements are met within strict timelines. This will include liaising with internal advisors and external professionals (lenders, solicitors and estate agents) in addition to the customer themselves in order to provide an exceptional service.
The successful candidate must perform all duties with care, accuracy and complete trustworthiness, whilst being responsible for the management of their own case load and dealing with incoming enquires from customers regarding their on-going applications and producing quotations and policies for new customers.
This role undertakes the full range of administrative and clerical duties so you must have attention to detail in addition to being confident on the phone and dealing with both written and telephone correspondence from customers, Solicitors, third party companies and other agencies or professionals in relation to financial services. Although experience within a financial administration position isn't essential a previous understanding of the demands and requirements of legislation, working to deadlines under pressure would be beneficial.
