International Communication Manager, 12-18 month fixed term contract
A prestigious, internationally renowned law firm are seeking out an Internal Communications Manager to join its team on a 12–18 months fixed contract. This global firm are applauded for its deep industry knowledge and its global team culture, with a presence in the major financial and commercial markets.
In this Internal Communications Manager role, you will be responsible for ensuring the firm has internal communications tools that support its vision, culture, and strategy. The internal communications messages should influence behaviours and ensure employees are fully engaged through cultural change.Responsibilities will include:
·Developing strategies that shape the approach to people engagement;
·Ensuring that all internal communications reflects the brand, promoting the firm’s vision, culture and strategy;
·Analysing and measuring the success of communications campaigns and activity, taking action to reinvent them to improve engagement;
·Acting as a role model and positive contributor to the work of the other members of the global internal communications team; and
·Building relationships across the firm, providing insightful feedback on communications issues and ways to improve engagement/strategies.The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering internal communciations’ programs in a professional services environment, alongside an in-depth understanding of the issues, strategies and tactics involved in effective people engagement and internal communications. You will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and be statistically numerate.
