The 99&3 programme is collating a single view of customer demand across UKI. Our aim is to provide the business with a consistent view of all incoming customer requests and allow stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation, to understand our customer interactions. This will then be used to drive insight and process improvements so we can deliver a first class customer experience across UKI.

You will play a key part in the foundations of building a single and consistent view of customer demand. Collecting data from across the organisation and reporting through interactive dashboard technologies to deliver a true, digital first, business intelligence solution. The role will then continue to support the business through improving the data and reporting solutions to allow our colleagues to explore and understand the journeys our customers take though the organisation.

You will need to be able to work as a part of self-organising development team and be comfortable with working alongside and transforming large sets of data to creatively report our key customer metrics. A majority of our work involves use of Qliksense, so a working knowledge of Qlik (or similar tools) is highly desirable.

As you will have the opportunity to work across UKI you may be required to travel between sites (including some overnight stays).

Skills / Knowledge

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • Appreciation of data visualisation techniques
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage internal/external relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies

  • Experience of translating information and data into clear conclusions and action
  • Good understanding of the UKI business
  • Experience of working to deadlines, delivering results and dealing with ambiguity
  • Manage challenging and conflicting priorities
  • Experience of operating across change and BAU environments
  • Familiarity with Qlik development
Travel will be expected as part of this role.
