£40,000 -£50,000 + extensive benefits + bonus

The Role:

You will be managing the customer insight strategy to improve user experience across Mobile & App productsAnalyse user feedback to gain insights into their users and develop the product accordingly Creating customer segmentations for all channels to assist and streamline marketing A/B Testing, Product Road Mapping & ReportingEnsuring all internal staff understand the importance of User Experience and educating teams of how to improve itSkills & Attributes:

2 years’ experience + within an eCommerce, agency or sporting business Degree from a relevant fieldStrong experience in understanding consumer needsKnowledge of; Consumer, Consumer Segmentation, Customer Loyalty Platforms How do I apply?
