Head of Growth
We are currently working with an innovative real estate business, they are a market disruptor within their industry. Using tech and a customer centric focus they are already on the forefront of the evolution of the property market.
The organisation has gone through substantial funding and is expanding with the goal to become a leading brand within one of the highest growing sectors in the digital space.
They are looking to hire a Head of Growth to develop and executive the full brand strategy, lead their multi-channel marketing campaigns, increase acquisition of new customers and push the PPC and paid social strategy. You will report directly to the CEO and work with the founding team.
Head of Growth - Key Responsibilities’:
- Creation & implementation of the UK marketing strategy
- Pushing new revenue streams
- Development & execution of innovative multi-channel campaigns
- Creatively pushing customer acquisition and brand exposure
- Full P+L responsibility for the marketing strategy
- Performance analysis of all marketing activity, optimising all campaigns.
Head of Growth - Core Skills & Experience:
- Consumer marketing experience
- Proven experience in marketing/growth marketing in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
- Strong strategic mindset
- Experience in driving consumer acquisition
- Stellar core skills in PPC & paid social
- Affiliate marketing & partnerships experience
- Strong analytical knowledge (GA, AB)
