An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen at a global FMCG organisation who are investing in their digital media solutions.

I am looking for a data specialist, experienced with using DMPs to segment audience data and help with streamlining their digital marketing strategy on a global level. You will work with data that has been captured from multiple sources (external agency, websites, CRM etc) and be identifying target media audiences to influence decision making across a portfolio of brans. The purpose of this is to bring more in-house understanding of media to justify investments in the long run, as well as ensuring digital media spend is being maximised to its potential.

Key things we are looking for:

Experience working with high volumes of data, ideally managing internal DMPsThe ability to work creatively to fill in the blanks between different data sourcesDevelop audience segmentation that can be applied to media analytics goals and targetsCommunicate with senior stakeholders internally to present findings and recommendationsLiaise with external partners, including media agencies and analyticsMust haves:

Understanding of the digital media landscape, including media buying processHighly competent communicator – ability to flex communication style across a global business between senior stakeholders and other team membersPrevious FMCG industry experience is not essential, however an understanding of the digital media and media buying supply chain is.

This is a newly created position with high visibility, so we’re looking for someone passionate about driving innovation and in this space. You will be working as part of an established, yet fast growing unit.
