Maclean Moore are a senior appointments consultancy, specialising in Change, Operations, Technology and Marketing across a number of different industries – Retail/Ecommerce, Technology, Financial Services, Telco and the Public Sector to name a few. We have doubled our turnover year-on year for the last four years and are on course to repeat the trick in 2017.

We recruit for roles across the business, from BA/PM right through to C-level, offering a blended service of Retained/Contingent on the perm side and Contingent/Project Consultancy on Contract. We work with a number of major players in each industry and have a balanced client base that includes SMEs, Corporates and Enterprise-level organisations.

Currently we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Permanent recruiter, initially to grow your own desk but with an eye on recruiting a team beneath you in the near future once you’ve found your feet. Training is regular and we will support you in reaching your goals, whether you want to remain a big biller or manage your own department in the future.

Despite over 30 years’ experience between them, the owners of the business still retain a consultant’s mindset so all decision-making is quick and simple – you won’t spend two weeks bogged down in T&C negotiations because our legal department want to argue over the small print, for example. All we want is for our consultants to make deals and we see it as our responsibility to provide an environment that is as conducive as possible to making deals happen as quickly and smoothly as possible.
