This school are looking for someone who has recently graduated with a Maths related degree. Ideally you will have a 2:1 or above with a good academic record. This role would suit a graduate who has previous experience of tutoring and working with pupils. The school would like to see someone with a natural flair for working with children and is passionate about a career in education.
Maths Teaching Assistants will be allocated a lead class and you will spend at least 60% of this time supporting the teacher in the class and in the planning and preparation that makes every lesson a fun and progressive experience.
