About the company:

Carter Jonas is one of the leading firms of national property consultants, due to continued business growth we are recruiting a System Support Technician (Service Desk Analyst) in our Peterborough support services office to provide quality first line telephone, desktop and e-mail support to approximately 700 users, based across approximately 36 sites throughout the UK.

The Service Desk Analyst role:

This role involves, providing Helpdesk / desktop support through remote tools, telephone assistance and email support. You will be taking ownership and management of all calls taken, including responsibility for full resolution and timely escalation. You will be creating FAQs and supporting documentation for knowledge base inclusion, along with providing sufficient information to assist in the resolution of the call.

The ideal The Service Desk Analyst will need the following skills and experience:

You will have experience of working within an IT helpdesk environment or have worked in a customer service / call centre environment & have strong technical knowledge or awareness.

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst who is a self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment, you must have strong communication skills and great attention to detail. Able to prioritise and work within tight time scales in order to meet deadlines, you will sometimes work under pressure but your problem solving and analytical skills mean you can make this role a success.
