About the Role
As a product manager you'll discover and create products and services that are easy to use, feasible to build, and loved by their customers. Their PMs will sit at the intersection between business, technology and design; collaborating with your squad of front and backend developers, designers, QA, BA and data engineers. You will separate vanity from value and clarify customer needs with data engineers and designers; talking and listening to customers to focus on delivering best in class solutions that enhance their existing products and add value for their customers whilst staying ahead of their rapid growth.
To be successful as a product manager you'll need plenty of experience discovering and running web-based services. You'll be at home leading a multi-disciplinary squad. Or you may have managed squads of other product managers or led a portfolio of services. You might already be an established product manager, but you could also be keen to take the next step in your career from a more specialised role in areas like user research, design or development.
What you'll do:
You will be able to spot opportunities for both innovation and efficiency, and embed these insights into primary goals that align into our strategy. You will interpret how their customers use their products, and translate that data into new opportunities for features that solve real problems.
You will articulate the benefits of your products and get people excited about what you're developing to adopt champions and early adopters. You will articulate your product vision to a growing squad, and break up its delivery into meaningful, achievable goals and translate your user needs into compelling stories designers can use to draw user flows and interactions, and developers can use to build the product.
You should collaborate with other product leads to plan the pipeline and lead and inspire and un-block designers and developers with analysis and well-articulated decisions.
They would love to talk to you if:
- you have experience discovering, developing and bringing to market products and services
- you are a dedicated, thoughtful and inspiring leader
- you work to understand everyday users of digital products
- you can ask questions and actively offer ideas
- you have a preference for working in an agile and close-knit working environment
- you understand the difference between requirements, and user needs
- you are data-driven, and have the ability to interpret it with your squad
