Night Shift Service Desk Analysts required

My client needs a strong help desk analyst to work on this extremely busy Service Desk based in Milton Keynes - This role is NIGHTS and operates Sunday to Thursday night (midnight to 0800)

The role will involve

- Performing first/second level support (reporting, diagnosing and/or resolving) for all service catalogue products.
- Delivering outstanding quality for all contacts into the Service Desk
- Liaison with colleagues during the entire support process.
- Accurately input information into call management system.
- Routing calls and emails to appropriate resolver groups.
- Responding to employee enquiries with appropriate level of urgency.
- Following up on all questions, problems or suggestions from employees.
- Escalation of problems and/or questions to the proper personnel.
- Providing ad-hoc advice and support for non-service catalogue items and general queries as directed.
- Management of global Service Desk queues.
- Adhering to incident management best practices.

Degree level education in computer sciences or equivalent commercial work experience.
