A media company are looking for a support engineer for a growing team. The engineer will join a team focusing on solving issues via phone, email and face to face with users across the UK.

Essential skills required for the service desk engineer:

-Experience with 1st/2nd line support
-Microsoft Technologies
-Experience working on a busy service desk
-Active Directory
-Windows 7,8,10
