Keystream Healthcare Resources are currently recruiting for a well-known and established NHS client of ours who is looking to recruit a skilled NHS 2nd Line Service Desk Support Analyst

The NHS 2nd Line Desktop Service Desk Support will be responsible for remotely assisting the customers that have been escalated from the helpdesk and giving advanced assistance to resolve these queries.

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Previous NHS experience
  • 1/2nd Line Service Desk
  • Win 7, 8 and 10
  • Clinical systems such as EMIS, Vision
  • AD
