Our client is a market leader in their field located in the City are urgently looking to recruit an Application Support analyst to join their team.

To work as part of the Applications Technical Operations Team providing support for the Oracle Cloud Fusion System.

Role responsibilities

  • Providing support services to ensure that all application systems are available during required during working hours – specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud system.
  • Third line troubleshooting primarily on Oracle, ERP & CRM Modules
  • Log tickets and effectively liaises with third party support team for Oracle environments and any associated systems
  • Assist the ICT Service Desk and Business Oracle support teams on support issues and provide knowledge transfer to associated parties.

Key Skills

  • Oracle E business suite or Oracle fusion
  • ERP Business Application support.
  • Knowledge of Windows server
  • Ability to diagnose faults and problems
  • Ability to manage call volumes and work to SLA’s
  • Experience of working in a Applications Support
