Concept Evolution Helpdesk Administrator
The role will also require the successful candidate to carry out a range of clerical administrative duties within the facilities department to ensure the smooth running of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with a range of people from senior management down to engineers working the reactive jobs listed in Concept.
The regular hours of work will be 8am-5pm, but there will be opportunites to work additional hours if required. The office is located within walking distance of Kings Cross and therefore has good public transport links. - there is no parking on site.
This is a client facing role as the clients team is based onsite with their client, it is therefore critical that the individual has a professional working attitude. There is a good support system on site, the role will be reporting to a single team leader who can advise and help when required.
Provide all manner of administrative and customer focused support to both internal and external customers
Assist with day to day duties maintaining records on Concept, administration and communication necessary
Act as the initial point of contact for all enquiries providing data entry to a high standard working to time constraints
Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner to meet audit requirements
Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided
Responding to all clients, residential and other enquiries on the phone and via email in a professional manner with a high level of customer services
Closing all enquiries within the service level agreement set to the business
Support the Office Manager with ad hoc or project based administration
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experienced User of the Concept Evolution System
Previous administrative experience
Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
Articulate and confident telephone manner
General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
