IT Helpdesk Support Analyst ; 1st/2nd Line required by Law Firm based near Chacery Lane Station offering up to £33k. The Helpdesk is open from 8am-6pm therefore hours will be on a rotating shift basis. There is approximately 160 end users and all support will be client facing.

Key Responsibilities:
·Effective and frequent communication with staff from point of contact to the successful resolution or escalation of their requirement.
·Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the firm providing desktop support
·Seek to resolve as many calls as possible at the first point of contact
·Assist in maintaining the firm wide network, including all hardware and all associated application software, so that at all times it is up and running smoothly
·Ordering and liaising with external suppliers
·Escalating calls internally and with third parties to ensure satisfactory resolutions
·Assist in ensuring the security and stability of the system
·Keeping up to date with new IT developments, formulating ideas and bringing such matters to the attention of the IT Manager

·Active Directory - User Admin
·Windows Server 2003/2008
