The company are one of the leading Contract Hire and Fleet Management companies in the Midlands. Due to continued expansion they now have a position for an experienced Fleet Asset Administrator to join the business.


Assist with carrying out appraisals on returned vehicles.

Ensure daily sales logs are kept up to date and information for sold vehicles is passed on to finance.

Process end of life vehicles via the appropriate disposal route.

Acceptance of bids from disposal partners and trade buyers within set parameters.

Inspection of new vehicles to site communicating any issues back to the supplying dealer.

Assist with weekly stock checks of vehicles.

Responsible for the short term lease fleet.

Processing of monthly vehicle road tax to all vehicle on fleet.

Participate in daily department briefings to update on current performance.


Strong administration skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Experience within the motor trade would be a distinct advantage.

Competent using all Microsoft packages.

This is a full time permanent position working 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and is your opportunity to join a leader than can offer a secure and progressive future.
