Dynamics AX Support Analyst - Dynamics AX Support, AX Support, ERP Support, Dynamics AX 2012, AX 2012, Support Analyst, Applications Support, SSIS, SQL, Networking, Systems Administrator, Systems Administration, Security, Finance, 2nd Line Support, 3rd Line Support, SSRS, Production, London - £40k - £50k per annum

Our leading client is looking for a high-quality Dynamics AX Support Analyst to join their internal team to support and maintain their AX solution. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting fast paced organisation which allows great career progression.

Key Skills:

- Ideally you will have knowledge of AX2012 Finance or Project modules
- At least 1 year of supporting Dynamics AX, preferably 2012
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service desk solution
- Previous IT support experience.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication
- Good presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives
- Problem Solving
- Any experience with SQL SSRS is beneficial
- APICS Training / Certification desired

Advantageous skills:

- Generic IT support knowledge including networking and systems administration
- Relevant experience in a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Experience using and supporting multiple modules of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is essential
- Be comfortable to use email and messaging applications to contact users
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and describe how the installed systems functions

Location: London

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
