1st Line Helpdesk

Tank Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a 1st Line Helpdesk role for a key client of ours based in Farnborough. This is a great opportunity for someone to take there next step in there career.
- To provide a professional first line technical advisory, diagnostic and repair support service to the organisation within a Service Desk environment, via telephone, email and face-to-face
- Manage incoming emails and alerts, escalating to the relevant members of the team as necessary
- Run start-of-day checks on IT systems to ensure correct operation and escalate any problems
- Communicating clearly and promptly with status updates
- Excellent PC skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the challenges of each day
- A keen eye for detail and strong process-based troubleshooting skills
