2nd/3rd Line Support- Up to 30k- Oxford

My client is an established Managed Service Provider with over 20 years experience in supporting varying clients around the Oxford and London area. They looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
**Receiving and responding to problems from customers via email, phone and chat.
**Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using available resources.
**Following-up on customer problems not immediately resolved
**Recommend solutions to fulfill requirements and solve problems
**Providing support to junior IT engineers

Key Skills:
**Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (2003/2008/2008R2/SBS/2012 Server/XP/Vista/7/8)
**Core Microsoft infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, IIS, AD, RDS)
**Hyper-V, VMWare
**Backup technologies
**Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
**Firewalls (PFSense, Sonicwall, Watchguard, Sophos UTM)
**Office 365
