Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a warm and welcoming regional firm of Solicitors.
This role will see you providing comprehensive secretarial support within various departments within the firm and therefore, although you will be based in the Sheffield office, occasional cover within the Doncaster office will be part of this role.
The role will include;
• Audio and copy typing general correspondence and legal documents
• Diary management
• Answering and screening incoming telephone calls and emails
• Booking appointments and meetings
• Dealing with client queries and complaints
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained working as a Legal Secretary and have excellent audio and copy typing speeds. The ability to be able to adapt to ever changing priorities and multitask will be a distinct advantage as you will be based in several departments.
