1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer
A leading global organisation in Stockport requires an experienced 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract period.
20% of your role will be offering 1st line regional helpdesk support (supporting 2000 employees).
80% of your role will be offering 2nd line onsite desktop support at the Stockport office. You should be confident using Windows 10, Office 365, MS project.
You should also have good experience with Active Directory as well as Hardware support (e.g. refreshing programmes, basic troubleshooting).
Aside from technical ability, you should be someone who prides themselves on offering excellent customer service, and enjoys working part of a team.
1. 1st line Helpdesk support experience
2. 2nd line Onsite support experience
3. Active directory experience
4. Hardware support experience (desirable)
5. Experience working for large office based organisations
