  • We are looking to recruit someone who can own, grow and plan the future content and engagement strategy for the Fund Marketing Network.
  • With support from a technical partner, this person will ideally understand the skills involved in creating an online community with regular engagement and growth


  • Grow and drive the Fund Marketing Network membership base
  • Own and manage online community content and structure
  • Content plan and execution for regular blog content
  • Own and develop the user experience within the community
  • Written content for online Fund Marketing Network site
  • Drive Fund Marketing Network online presence through appropriate social media, SEO and new innovative thinking
  • Strategy and planning for the Network’s communication plans with members

Person specification

  • Ideally showcase experience in online social engagement and digital marketing
  • Effective communication and written skills
  • Innovative and solutions focused
  • Commitment to deadlines and delivery
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously but also within a team
  • Strong organisational skills and desire to have a critical, leading role in the growth of a rapidly paced business
  • Project management skills with a focus on excellence and delivery to deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
  • The ability and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Does not need to be from a Financial Services background
  • Given the entrepreneurial nature of our business, the role is highly varied and exciting, requiring a self-starter, proactive nature and a team-orientated approach to help deliver on the expectations of all our clients.
