About the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365) Systems and Applications Administrator/Functional Consultant Analyst Role:

This role is predominantly office-based in Cambridgeshire at the client's headquarters. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Administrator will be undertaking support, maintenance, internal stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering, customisations, and configurations.

This will be a good chance for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst to build their experience on workflows, quality assurance, and exposure to the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and versions in a practical setting.

Once the Dynamics 365 upgrade is complete, there will be an option to become a full, billable consultant



  • Previous experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Support Analyst
  • Good communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
  • Good customisation and configuration experience


  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience as an internal functional consultant
  • Previous work experience with a Microsoft Partner
