Our client is a Investment management firm who require an IT Support Analyst (1st Line, Service Desk Analyst) on a permanent basis to provide 1st & 2nd Line Support for all users of the firm, this will primarily be telephone based support of MS office, LAN/WAN, Hardware, Active Directory, Outlook, Printers etc but will also allow you 2nd line exposure and the chance to get deskside.
This is an interesting opportunity as it will give you the incredibly rare and much sought after chance to break into the asset management sector.
As the firm’s IT Support Analyst (1st Service Desk, Desktop Support) you will support to the office regarding the resolution of complex desktop, notebook, and remote computing issues.
This role suits a 1st line support analyst who wants to grow and take on more 2nd line. The firm offer one of the most friendly asset management in the city.
For your application to be considered for this 1st and 2nd line support analyst role you must have:
- 1+ Years 1st line support experience gained in a professional/corporate environment which has given you exposure to call volumes, SLAs and KPIs
- Ideally ITIL or used to working in ITIL environments
- A bright engaging personality, excellent telephone manner and high level of presentability so as to go desk side.
