A Luxury Hair Extensions Company is looking for an Office and Showroom Assistant to join their active team and assist in the day to day communication with their clients, primarily Salon owners and Hair Extension stylists.

This role is an exciting opportunity for the person who wants to develop and be able to make this role their own. Their ideal candidate would be bright, articulate, confident and have a positive attitude. Although not essential, an interest in aspects of Hair and Beauty would help greatly to flourish in the role.

They are seeking a candidate with excellent customer service attitude, patience, a good eye for detail and an individual who enjoys a different challenge from day to day.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm with an annual salary of £16,000 - £18,000.

Duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors at their showroom
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Preparation of Invoices and Picking Hair Extensions stocks
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries
- Despatching and Tracking deliveries for their clients
- Data entry and filing of client contacts
- Contacting new potential clientele
- Opportunites to present at regular Trade fairs

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Ability to work individually and within a team, computer literate, excellent time management, attention to detail, organized, professional telephone manner, enthusiastic and confident as you will liaise with customers regularly.

The ideal candidate should possess the following personal qualities: Trustworthy, Honest, Reliable, Friendly, Confident, Positive and Hard Working.

The office is in Harold Hill, on a main bus route, only minutes from Romford Train Station. Staff parking available.
