The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is a multi-faceted role with several key elements. The SDM is primarily responsible for delivery of a high quality service and a successful relationship between Blue Logic and its Platinum customer base. This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the Blue Logic Delivery teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard. The SDM will report to the Operations Director, proactively identifying continual improvement opportunities. The role will involve the management of multiple workloads and prioritisation across the teams, and is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a management setting, delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
In addition the SDM role will support Blue Logic Sales activities through Technical knowledge and experience.
Skills/Requirements for the Technical Service Delivery Manager:
- Background and experience in a technical position
- High level of knowledge within team management
- ITIL qualification
- 3+ years experience managing a team
- Strong experience of Information systems, and their operation in SME businesses.
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to research and continuous improvement
Analytical mind-set, strong attention to detail, and logical thinking
