Software Specialist - Helpdesk know internally at Canon as an IT Technology Specialist you will be part of a team delivering remote support to our customers and business partners. You will analyse software and hardware incidents and work to diagnosis and resolution across a variety of Canon's input/output Management Software Solutions and multi-functional devices in accordance with customer service level agreements (SLA's) and our ITIL framework. Identifying requests for information and escalate incidents to internal/external developer and resolver groups, where required.
You'll enjoy working in an IT Helpdesk support environment, providing excellent customer service and outstanding technical skills.

- Providing support to software issues in a helpdesk environment.
- Your level of using Excel - beginner/proficient and advanced
- Your level of database skills for each - no knowledge, basic knowledge, regular/current user and expert in SQL/MYSQL/SQL Express/ORACLE/MS Access/SAP
- Current windows server experience including Windows printing
- Server - 2010/2012/2016/Windows 7/8/10
- Active Directory experience - proficiency level

Salary - £26,105 - £27,556 + 5% OTE annual bonus
Basic 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to up to 27 with long service)
