IT Project Manager
This well know education sector organisation currently require an experienced IT Project Manager to assist with the delivery of key IT infrastructure and service related programme of work on a 2-3 month contact.
The project manager will have overall responsibility for an aggressive piece of delivery with specific and business critical time constraints. The successful candidate must have extensive experience managing £250k - £500k+ budget responsibility with demonstrable knowledge of or experience in mixed service delivery models including on premise and cloud architecture.
You will be working with key stakeholder across the organisation including Director and C-level to agree the scope of all change projects across the business and will manage all aspects of the resulting portfolio ensuring timely delivery whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
Skills / Experience
- Demonstrable experience of leading a portfolio of business critical projects
- Strong experience of working with and advising senior management teams
- Programme identification, reporting and remediation for risks, issues and interdependencies
- PRINCE or equivalent certification
- Business continuity concepts and principles
- Sound knowledge of CT best practice operations based on ITIL model
The ideal candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
This role will sit inside IR35.
