Helpdesk Engineer - Legal- City of London

Established in 1937, we specialise in personal as well a business law globally. With state of the art offices in London, we are undergoing a re-structure within our IT function and are looking for ambitious individuals to help keep us at the top of our game.

We are looking for an 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team of 5 in their offices in the City. You will be joining a highly effective team supporting 300 internal users, working on both BAU and projects.

The Role

You must have strong 1st/2nd line experience ideally evidence of steady career progression that began on helpdesk\end user support. You must be proactive and have a methodical approach to problem solving.

We are looking for someone to manage their own workloads and have excellent time management skills as well as being able to work in a small, yet highly effective IT Team.

Technical Requirements for the Helpdesk Engineer role

  • Previous experience in Legal or Professional services sector.
  • 3+ years working in a 2nd line role
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and AD
  • Ability to work with and support VIP users.
  • Experience in using Exchange and Network administration as well as Virtual technologies

£32,000-£38,000 + Benefits
