We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our Home & Motor Claims teams.

Working within a busy team of customer claims advisors, you will be:

* Responding to inbound telephone calls and emails from home insurance customers,
* First point of call for claims cases or queries.
* Assessing claims against relevant criteria and experience to identify actual or potential issues
* Proactively manage your customer's expectations in order to achieve 100% satisfaction

* You'll need lots of initiative, an affinity for problem solving as well as ability to remain calm under pressure.
* You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload effectively.
* Be an expert communicator who can relate well to customers and colleagues alike.
* Have a high level of enthusiasm and resilience

Our leading benefits package includes a starting salary between £16,250 - £17,250, 25 days holiday, Employer Pension contribution of 7.5% with a further max match of 2.5%, to give up to 10%, Life Assurance 10 times base salary, Bonus potential of 12.5% and an unfunded flexible benefits package including Childcare vouchers, Gymflex, Cycle to work scheme and retail vouchers plus many more.

The Individual

Shift Pattern
Full Time work, 35 hours per week, annualised hours shift pattern between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9-5pm

Interview are taking place throughout February and March 2018

Start date will be the 14th of May 2018
