As an Oxbridge graduate or Top 10 university graduate you will be a high-achieving graduate who has had a successful academic background including strong A Levels and at least a 2.1 degree. Learning Support Assistant - the role

You will have the opportunity to build your confidence and knowledge of education. Initially you will be supporting small groups and individual students on a one to one basis, building up to take larger groups as your confidence grows. Later in the year you will have the opportunity to take some cover lessons enabling you to fully understand how teaching and pedagogy works.

This bustling Secondary school has dedicated time and funding to creating a number of Learning Support Assistant roles across the school, with the aim that pupil attainment, engagement and attendance will improve. The Learning Support Assistants are to become role models to the cohort of pupil they support, passing on subject knowledge, enthusiasm and exam preparation techniques. You will be fully support by the Head teacher and your subject Department.
