Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer (Facilities Management Company)

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 + overtime, vehicle and other benefits.

Call out: only 1-8!

Location: Mobile role covering:West Midlands, including some sites further South

Key skills: Commercial & Domestic Gas tickets including COCDNCO1 & CCN1, AHU's, HVAC, 17th Edition, Boiler breakdowns

The Role

The Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, breakdown and repair work on a wide variety of contracts that include retail and commercial sites across the West Midlands, sometimes further afield.

You will ideally be skilled in another area such as electrical or plumbing with the relevant qualifications and be happy to carry out fabric maintenance when required to do so on site

The successful candidate will strive to provide first time fixes, represent the company in a positive manner, provide excellent customer service at all times and work within H&S regulations, guidelines and policies.

The Ideal Candidate will:

- Have previous experience in Commercial & Domestic Gas maintenance role within FM or building services
- The following commercial gas certificates; COCN1 / CODNCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A.
- The following domestic gas certificates; CCN1 / COCDN1, CENWAT1, CPA1.
- Fabric maintenance experience
- Level 3 plumbing or 17th edition would be highly desirable
