Senior Application Support Analyst / Technical Support Analyst / Technical Support Engineer /Software Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer / Client Support Analyst / Client Services Engineer / Product Support- Central London

Our client is a US leading cloud/SaaS Digital Analytics software vendor based in central London (normal business hours, no shift work):

-Providing leading digital technology and recently received funding of $100M;

-Working with hundreds of enterprise media, E-commerce, digital, retail and financial services clients across the States, Europe and Asia;

-Growing and expending very quickly across Germany, France, the UK and Spain with 400+ employees

They are looking for a senior application support analyst/technical support engineer to join their client services team where you will work closely with their blue chip clients and provide technical support for their software suite including websites/CMS, web analytics, E-marketing suite, SaaS platform, mobile apps and API integration:

-Providing mainly technical support for existing clients, including incoming calls and email inquiries and accurate solutions to clients' requests and inquires;
-Troubleshooting advanced issues with clients and providing technical expertise to support the clients;
-Working closely with the technical/development team to provide technical guidance and being the main point of contact for clients;
-Assisting in the implementation of SaaS platform and adding new functionalities

Requirements: Application Support Analyst / Technical Support Analyst/ Support Engineer / Software Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer / Client Support Analyst / Client Services Engineer:

-Must have at least 1-2 years' experience in supporting applications, any SaaS platform/solutions, software, web applications, mobile apps, CMS/website;
-Troubleshooting level of knowledge in JavaScript, we can also consider candidates from desktop support background if you have some knowledge in JavaScript;
-Any knowledge in other scripting languages such as C#, Java, HTML, CSS or APIs is also a big plus;
-Excellent communication skills and has great passion for client services

Our client is looking for someone who has experience in application/apps/software support and has some knowledge in front end technologies such as JavaScript/HTML/CSS/APIs and who wants to progress into technical/implementation consultant or project manager in the next 3-5 years. They provide cutting edge technologies where you will work with over 700 blue chip clients and they are willing to provide training for you to step up to a technical consultant or a project engineer in the future.

Our client is offering £35k to £45k base salary depending on experience plus up to £5k annual bonus (quarterly paid) and benefits. It's normal business hours and no shift work required.
