Finance Operations Administrator
Page Personnel are working with a well established Financial Services business based in Northwich, recruiting a Financial Operations Administrator to join their team.
A well respected Financial Services business with offices based in Northwich.
As a Financial Operations Administrator, you will report into the head of department, responsible for assisting the team to process, analyse and report on Advice revenue.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: validation, tracking and recognition of revenue; production of management information; updating cash books; reconciliations of receipts to corporate bank accounts; liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand discrepancies or unallocated income receipts; assist in improving processes and creating efficiencies; general business support, project work and ad hoc financial duties.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Finance role within a Financial Services environment - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
