The Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager required by a very successful and dynamic SaaS/Cloud Company who are looking to be global leaders in their field. This is a strategic role to implement a plan for developing customer case studies from around the world.

Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager Role:

  • Accountable for all customer marketing initiatives
  • Build a strategy for developing and showcasing customer reference materials
  • Work with the Customer Success team to identify referenceable customers and build a segmented pipeline of success stories
  • Engage with customers to learn about their journey
  • Develop customer success stories through videos, case studies and evidence-based reference materials, that highlight transformation, value to the business and overall ROI
  • Own and manage a customer reference database

Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer focused role
  • Cpywriting and editing with proficiency in English and using / editing rich media
  • Experience of customer advocacy platforms
  • Understanding of relevant ROI metrics
  • Demonstrable skills in creating and executing great customer events
  • Outstanding communication and people abilities
  • Ability to liaise, interact and build strong relationships with senior sponsors and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Abilities in planning and coordinating people and operations
  • Ability to use and leverage analytics to optimize customer reference materials
  • Reliability and efficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to edit and manage videos desirable
  • Ensure that sales, marketing, services and partner channels worldwide are successfully equipped.
