This growing insurance provider is looking to recruit ambitious, results and client focused Claims Handlers, ideally with motor insurance experience, who can competently manage claims in relation to road traffic, personal injury and damage to vehicles.

You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and clients both externally and internally and be adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships.

General responsibilities:

*First Line response to incoming telephone calls and the accurate setting-up of new claims.
*Accurate data recording allowing speedy process of claims through to closure to obtain optimum settlement in accordance with targets and statutory limits.
*Manages inbound telephone calls from policyholders and third parties in a professional manner to quickly ascertain any liability and move forward in a positive manner encapsulating all the relevant information to reduce any potential costs of the claim
*Makes outbound telephone calls when appropriate to assist in promoting early closure of files.
*Accurate setting up of new claims with all preliminary tasks completed
*Effectively deal with incoming phone calls to ensure minimal referrals to Back Office Team
