We are now recruiting for a very exciting opportunity as a Centre Administrator/Receptionist. In this role you will be required to provide a first class front line customer service for clients, learners and staff, in a manner which mirrors the professional image of the company. As a receptionist, you will also be required to maintain a switchboard and answer the telephone in a professional manner, and as an administrator you will carry out general administration tasks, actively use company databases to retrieve and generate information, and be responsible for monitoring attendance and student bursary scheme for your centre. The successful candidate will hold previous experience and/or qualifications in administrator and front of house roles.

Essential Attributes:
• Have an approachable, friendly and courteous manner and remain professional at all times
• To be able to talk to, understand and engage with the 14-19 age group
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team
• Good understanding of English and Maths in order to perform tasks
• To be able to work to tight deadlines and possess the ability to work under pressure
• Be aware of safeguarding and confidentiality in the workplace
• Computer literate

Desirable Attributes:
• Previous experience working at a training provider and working with the 14-19 age group
• Previous experience of working with young adults who are recognised as having behavioural issues and/or learning difficulties
• Qualifications in Business Administration, IT and/or Customer Service
