This is a unique opportunity to join a growing west end law firm, and take on a unique client focused role with a steer towards client intelligence alongside analytical use of the firms CRM system
Working closely with the firms head of client development; you’ll manage the firms CRM system and major projects associated with the software, you’ll be able to work with senior leadership regularly; reporting back on analytics to assist in client and business development. One of the interesting elements of the role is the broader nature and integration into the firms marketing and events team, developing strong email marketing campaigns and helping on event targeting as examples.
As the firms grows and develops the role will also branch out into client feedback and analysis, so would eventually be a great hybrid for someone with a technical CRM background keen on moving into a broader client development led role.
This role will suit a commercially minded marketing or CRM exec, broader than an atypical CRM role, this would suit someone looking to get more hands-on experience with the wider marketing function and work in an advisory capacity to fee earners at all levels.
