- Prepare letters and reports for clients and IFA visits.
- Maintaining the Advisor Office Database.
- Responding to client enquiries either by letter or by phone
- Processing applications and payments.
- Obtaining valuations and policy information.
- Liaising with product providers.
- Completing illustrations.
- Completing payments & Switches.
- Competent user of Advisor Office.
Having knowledge of DB schemes is advantageous.
