We are looking for a Campaign Executive to join our team to help manage, distribute and deliver all in-paper advertising space allocated to Marketing, eCommerce and Mail Plus. This role will give you the opportunity to see your work on paper read by millions every day across a number of our different products!
Day to Day duties will involve:
- Management, distribution and delivery of all in-paper advertising space allocated to Marketing, eCommerce and Mail Plus.
- Administrative management and workflow management (Traffic) of all creative work being either produced by the in-house Creative team, or by the outsourced agency services provided by TAG.
- Creating in paper ads and supplements
- Assess budgets and allocate space for each business
- Daily ad schedule
- Weekly ad report
- Weekly trading report
- Create ads by briefing to creative team and TAG where appropriate
- Assist with ad sign off - ensure ads are correct size, meet Mail Brand specifications and proof read
- Manage delivery of all ads to production team
- Work with make up office to schedule eCommerce supplements
- Attending briefings for all eCommerce supplements & inserts
- Co-ordinate creation and supply of supplement templates & wire
