Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking an experienced Band 8a CHC Recovery Manager to fill a part time, Monday - Thursday, 9:00-17:00 role in Morden. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of CHC practices and considerable project management experience.

The pay rate for this locum Band 8a CHC Recovery Manager job is £35.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.

This role will require you to demonstrate knowledge and experience of delivering CHC services at senior level whilst having the ability of delivering change against tight timeframes. You will be expected to review, train and implement standard operating procedures for all aspects of CHC delivery within the current service. As part of your role, you will deliver the recovery plan agreed with CCG, and provide weekly progress reports whilst liaising with the CHC team.

Requirements of the Band 8a CHC Recovery Manager role:

- You must be have considerable experience with Continuing Healthcare (CHC) service delivery
- You must have considerable project management experience
- You must have experience delivering change against tight timeframes.
