Purchase Ledger Assistant - Immediate Start
Our client in Taunton is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
You will be working for 4 weeks, 9:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday on £9 - £10 per hour.
Key duties will include:
- Setting up Supplier accounts on Sage in accordance with company processes
- Dealing with supplier statements
- Ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved quickly
- Employee expenses
- Managing monthly accounts
- Assisting with end of year audits
- Processing timesheets
- Other related and administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience of invoice processing in an accounts environment
- Previous experience of SAGE Accounts system
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel
- Proactive approach to internal and external customer service
