Bi-lingual Service Desk (English & Spanish or Mandarin) - West London - £20k - £23k

Our client, who are a leading software services company, require Bi-lingual (English & either Spanish or Mandarin) to join their support team.

You will be providing support to international customers, and be trained on various different software. The role has excellent progression opportunities.

• Provide via the service desk a single point of contact for customers’ IT issues and queries.
• Receive, log and manage calls from customers and internal staff via telephone and email.
• Maintain various databases and track changes e.g. Asset Database.
• Provide 1st line support for IT related problems involving in-house software and platforms.
• Identify basic network and other general IT issues impacting users.
• Escalate unresolved calls to the appropriate support team.
• Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system.

Skills required
• 1 year’s previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner – in both English and either Spanish or Mandarin
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Execute tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

There is a shift pattern as the customers are supported 24 hours a day. This is Monday to Friday and shifts are distributed fairly.
