My client is an SME and the role of Finance Manager will be leading and managing all the finance functions. These will include (but not be limited to) managing payroll, overseeing management accounts and providing analysis, while also working closely with those teams in the US parent company.

Client Details

My client is a fast growing consultancy SME who are leading the way in providing research, individuals and work solutions in central London. They are in search of a Finance Manager to head up the team in London so they can continue expanding their business.


As a Finance Manager for this company you will hold responsibilities for:

  • managing the accounting function by being in charge of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory accounts
  • analysing variance and looking to improve budgets
  • Lead Payroll, VAT & HMRC process including submission
  • coordinating new systems
  • reporting into the U.S. head office
  • business partner with other non-finance areas of the business


As a successful candidate for this role, you will have:

  • ACA, CIMA, ACCA full qualification (or equivalent)
  • demonstrative exposure to implementing systems
  • be comfortable working with all levels of the business and reporting into senior management
  • demonstrative multi-currency consolidations/ reporting
  • SAP experience is advantageous
  • demonstrative managing experience
  • exposure to payroll & credit controls

Job Offer
