Salary - £20,000 - £25,254 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Interview Needed: Yes
The ideal candidate will have experience within charities, working with corporate clients and stakeholders
Someone with a marketing background would be ideal but not essential
To help devise and implement strategies to generate funds from individuals (within both the wider community and hospital/hospice itself), corporate and community groups through:
Charity of the year/CSR partnerships within local community
Assist in delivery of sponsored community events e.g. Fayres, fun runs, challenge events, London Marathon etc;
Collection boxes/collection days/collection stalls;
Help with merchandise;
All of the organisations events such as Light Up a Life, quiz nights.
Raising awareness of the Hospice and the Hospital which goes along with it
Help deliver a community fundraising strategy within an agreed budget
Maintain awareness of relevant fundraising developments through the voluntary sector
Coming up with new and innovative ways to raise funds
To help devise project and marketing plans
To help devise and deliver reports that track progress towards budgeted goals
Assist in events across the organisation to raise funds and awareness
To help solicit new and work with existing corporate partners to maximise the potential of such partnerships within the local community
To help negotiate with external suppliers to ensure relationships are developed
