Technical Support Specialist / IT Analyst - Insurance - 6 months FTC
My client is one of the most prestigious and well-established insurance companies in the UK and globally. Their main goal is making people's lives easier. They are investing in IT and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their always growing team.
You will be providing technical support and delivering/managing the implementation of solutions as well as participating in every activity and project.
The ideal candidate for this role with be someone with strong communication skills, committed and ambitious, who is eager to learn and be part of a successful team.
- Knowledge of Open Text products
- Experience of MI reporting and validation.
Experience of analysis & project support
- Knowledge of inbound capture processes across both digital channels and analogue channels
- Experience of financial process including forecasting, cost management and budgeting
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
