One of the world's leading business school is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team on an 8-week temporary basis. You will be assisting with the upcoming conference and provide marketing support to a range of internal clients.


  • Marketing the School's annual conference and supporting the delivery of the event including assisting with marketing campaigns, invitation and guest list management, speaker and delegate communications
  • Providing marketing services to colleagues across the School
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and projects
  • Coordinating market research
  • Attending events as required
  • Writing, editing and producing printed and digital marketing material including brochures, web pages, advertising, email campaigns and social media posts
  • Supporting internal clients with the development of marketing and communications plans
  • Supporting the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans
  • Assisting the Marketing Coordinator with managing and fulfilling orders for branded merchandise

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in marketing
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused sector
  • Experience of marketing events
