IT Helpdesk Analyst - Near Tolworth - Up to £20,000

A well-established, Surrey-based business are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst with outstanding customer service skills. The organisation operates within the not-for-profit sector and offer a supportive team working environment.

You will be responsible for providing both remote and desk-side IT support within a Windows environment alongside the existing IT team of 4.

You will need to have some experience of supporting:

- Windows Server
- MS applications - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Active Directory/Exchange
- Hardware - Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Phones
- The escalation of complex queries

In addition, any previous exposure to SharePoint or solid understanding of its fundamental uses would be beneficial but is not essential.

The successful candidate is likely to be a conscientious individual, able to effectively explain technical language to multiple stakeholders through multiple mediums (telephone, email and desk-side) whilst maintaining an awareness of SLAs and relevant reporting.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of £17,000-20,000 per annum dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience.
