Contract Type
Full Time
Do you think you could empower and support female offenders who are due for release and need a little extra support? Would you like to join a national charity that look after and develop their staff?

In this role, you will be based in a female only open prison – HMP Send, and be working closely with women who are close to release, and need some support in place to ensure a smooth transition. From initial assessment to action plan, you will help clients prepare for the world of work which could include how to write a CV, complete application forms, interview preparation or identifying career opportunities. In addition to this, you will sign post them to additional services which could help support them in other areas of their lives such as housing, benefits, money management or confidence building.

You must have experience of working with vulnerable client groups, ideally those within criminal justice. Please apply via this advert, and if you would like to find out more before applying, or have applied and have not heard back, feel free to call the office and ask for Lawrence (contact details on the Red 5 Solutions website).

People who have worked as an Employment Advisor, Support Worker, Key Worker, Recruitment Consultant, Employment Tutor, Careers Advisor or Job Coach might well be a good fit for this role.
